         Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro (Portuguese pronunciation: / kɾiʃˈtjɐnu ʁoˈnaɫdu /; born February 5, 1985) known as Cristiano Ronaldo. He is a Portuguese footballer who plays at the center of the attack with Juventus in Serie A and Portugal's national football team. Often considered the best in the world and considered by many to be the greatest players in football history, Ronaldo earned five gold balls as the most European player, and is the first player to win four European gold shoes. He has won 29 official championships in his career, including five League titles, five European Champions League titles and one European Championship title. Ronaldo scores goals heavily and is the historical top scorer for several official tournaments, where he is the historical top scorer for the five major European leagues (414), the Champions League (124) and the European Nations Championship (9), in addition to making more goals in the Champions League (34) and the European Nations Championship (6). He scored more than 700 goals in his career with clubs and the national team.
